- OneDrive is a cloud file storage service and collaboration tool that is available to all NMSU faculty, staff and students. It is part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite. https://studenttech.nmsu.edu/microsoft-office-365/
- What is Sharepoint?
- Sharepoint is the mechanism by which we can share OneDrive files among faculty and staff
- If a file or folder has been shared with you, it is available through Sharepoint AND your OneDrive
- To make it easier to distinguish between your own personal files and the files shared by the Department of Art, we have “ART –“ at the beginning of every file and folder name

If you are having issues with your phone or voice mail please email the Office Admin with all details
- A workorder will then be placed by the Office
- If you end up speaking with IT please let the Office Admin know as there might be a charge for services that will need to be tracked.

All devices must be registered before can access the NMSU network/internet. Please visit https://studenttech.nmsu.edu/connect-your-device/ for step-by-step instructions on various types of devices.
Please schedule an appointment with the Office Admin to get any new devices connected to the Department printer
Department Policies and Procedures
- This form should be filled out and submitted to the office by each person reserving a space: Space Reservation Forms
- The space will then be checked in by Office staff to each person
- For groups, everyone will be checked in at the same time
- Once the space contract is up the space will by checked out by Office staff to ensure the space has been returned to it's original condition
- The space will then be checked in by Office staff to each person
You can check out other spaces on campus using the following platform. It is encouraged to check out a space 2 weeks in advanced as it needs to go through an approval procedure and you are not guaranteed a room.

Please submit an Internal Purchase Request spreadsheet to the Office Admin. Make sure all columns of information about the items needed and where to find them are filled out
If you are purchasing something at a local merchant you can come request the Pcard from the office
- Always request no tax- If the store will not take off the take you can not proceed with the purchase.
- Always get an itemized receipt that shows the items and how you paid and submit it to the Office Admin
- Always bring the card back right away as other people might need to use the card.

- Please include all pertinent information and at least 1 picture.

- Employees may log in to my.nmsu.edu to update their personal address and phone number.
