The photography studios at the Department of Art provide students with resources for both digital and analog image-making. With dedicated spaces for shooting, editing, printing, and developing, the facilities support a wide range of photographic techniques, both traditional and experimental.

Digital Lab: Advanced Editing & Printing

    iMacs with full Adobe Creative Suite for industry-standard editing and design

  • Laser printers & a Risograph for high-volume prints, bookmaking, and experimental work

Lighting Studio: Professional Shooting Environment

The 500-square-foot lighting studio provides a professional space for photo shoots, featuring:

Analog Darkroom: Traditional & Alternative Processes

For those working with film photography, the darkroom facilities include:

  • Six black & white enlargers compatible with 35mm, medium format, and large format film
  • Dedicated space for alternative photographic processes
  • Two film-loading rooms for light-safe film handling
  • A large dry area with individual lockers & flat files for student storage
  • A copy stands for high-quality photo reproduction
