Art Assistant Professor Joshua Clark part of advisory council for new Honors College center

The first advisory council for the Center for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity met Jan. 24 to discuss the development of the new center and how it can support the vibrant culture of undergraduate inquiry and arts at NMSU. Planning is underway for the 27th annual Undergraduate Research and Creative Arts Symposium, set for Wednesday, April 20, in Corbett Center Student Union. Honors College Dean Phame Camarena and the center's director, Tracey Miller-Tomlinson, met with the inaugural advisory council members: Abdessattar Abdelkefi (Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering), Ryan Ashley (Animal Science), Joshua Clark (Art), Soyoung Jeon (Economics, Applied Statistics and International Business), Rachel Boren (Southwest Outreach Academic Research Evaluation and Policy Center) and Megan Papesh (Psychology).
