CRAFT CULTURE at NMSU'S EARTH DAY CELEBRATION

How can you turn trash into art? Come find out! CRAFT CULTURE, a group of undergraduate and graduate students from the Art department, will be showing the community how to make their recyclables beautiful at the NMSU Earth Day Celebration on April 17th. A large community project is planned, and smaller items will be given away to the members of the public who make them.

The 2016 Earth Day celebration is coordinated by the NMSU OASIS group (Organization of Aggie Students Inspiring Sustainability). It will be held at the NMSU Horseshoe, off of Espina, from 12-6 p.m. on Sunday, April 17th. All events are free and open to the public. All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend.
